All items are made to order and fulfilled by our production partners.

Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

Once shipped, U.S. orders usually arrive within 4–8 business days, depending on the product and destination. Some items may ship faster.

International shipping is available for select products. Delivery times for international orders typically range from 10–30 business days.

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

Returns & Refunds

Because each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind.

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll work with our production partner to send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item.
